Nashville Shopping: White House Shops Anchored by Publix

The Sembler Company has announced the development of White House Shops, its first project in Nashville. Spanning 20 acres, this retail center will feature nearly 75,000 square feet of space for restaurants and service amenities. Publix Super Markets have signed a lease for 48,387-square-foot store at the site.

Josh Beyer from The Sembler Company commented on the new shopping center: “This brings much needed convenience to residents in White House who previously had to drive 20 minutes or more just to shop at Publix in a neighboring community. We are also looking forward to welcoming other retailers and restaurants alongside Publix.”

Located on State Highway 76 and Raymond Hirsch Parkway intersection’s southeast quadrant, up 19800 square feet of shop space is available along with an outparcel fronting State Highway 76 that can accommodate a 4500-square foot building . This shopping complex is expected to be open by next summer.
