Nashville Mixed-Use Project Expands by 300K SF in the Local Area

Construction has officially commenced on the expansion of McEwen Northside’s ‘Block E,’ a 45-acre mixed-use urban district located in Cool Springs, just south of Nashville. The completion date for this project is expected to be Spring 2025, bringing the overall completion of McEwen Northside to approximately 80 percent.

The $125 million expansion will cover an area of 300,000 square feet and will consist of a nine-story building that offers a mix of office space, retail shops and restaurants. Additionally, there will be a new multi-level parking garage with over 900 spaces available for both visitors and employees.

This development is strategically positioned next to McEwen Northside’s Central Park.

One notable tenant set to occupy Block E is Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS), who specializes in designing and constructing material-handling solutions for warehouse operations. DCS has secured a lease agreement for their corporate headquarters which spans over an impressive area measuring at least46,000 square feet.
