Nashville Hamlet Planning Town Square Mixed-Use Venture in the Area

Land Innovations and Rochford Realty have announced plans for a 27-acre mixed-use development in the rapidly growing city of Nolensville, just south of Nashville. With its population increasing from 2,000 to over 15,000 since 2000, Nolensville is an ideal location for this project.

According to the Nashville Business Journal, the Nolensville Town Square will consist of multiple buildings surrounding a central square and offering a total of 70,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space. The development will also include residential options with a variety of studio apartments as well as one- and two-bedroom units. Additionally,two- and three-story townhomes will be available.

The team behind this project includes local firms such as Smith Gee Studio for architecture design,HDLA for landscape architecture,and CSDGfor civil engineering.The first phase is set to begin construction this summer with completion expected by late2028.This venture aims to enhance the community’s livability while providing convenient access to amenities within walking distance.
