SomeraRoad, a Nashville-based developer, is nearing completion of its latest project in the Paseo South Gulch neighborhood. The 16-story building, known as Prima, will feature 278 residential units and office space. Construction began in February of 2022.
In addition to Prima, SomeraRoad has announced plans for a new tower at Paseo South Gulch. This impressive 30-story structure will include a mix of hotel rooms and residential units totaling 180 and139 respectively. It will also offer over8 ,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The proposed location for this tower is on an0 .8-acre lot at700 Eighth Ave.S., across from Prima.
According to reports from the Nashville Business Journal , SomeraRoad has expanded their original plans for the development by adding two more towers to the project site.This includes one residential buildingand one office building situated atthe intersectionof Division StreetandEighth AvenueSouth.
The Metro Planning Department is set to review plans for SomeraRoad’s newest tower on April11thfor final approval before construction begins.
