GBT Realty Corporation and Robinson Properties have joined forces to develop a new retail and multifamily project in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. Located approximately 20 miles east of Nashville, construction on the retail portion is set to begin this month with an estimated completion date of October 2025. More details about the residential component, which will be developed by Robinson Properties, will be announced at a later time.
The development site for Everett Downs spans over 10.9 acres at the intersection of Division Street and Mt. Juliet Road near I-40. The retail section will consist of a neighborhood center spanning 41,255 square feet under GBT Realty’s leadership. This includes a Sprouts Farmers Market covering 23,256 square feet as well as smaller shops totaling 18,000 square feet and two out parcels available for lease or purchase by restaurants or retailers offering fitness services or soft goods products. With an additional space measuring up to10 ,200 square feet also available along with one more out parcel left open for potential tenants’ use; this shopping center marks GBT’s twelfth property anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
