"Nashville-Area Hamlet Plans Town Square Mixed-Use Venture"

Land Innovations and Rochford Realty have announced plans for a 27-acre mixed-use development in Nolensville, located just south of Nashville. This project comes as no surprise, as Nolensville has experienced significant growth over the past few years with its population skyrocketing from 2,000 to over 15,000 since the year 2000.

According to reports from the Nashville Business Journal , this new development known as “Nolensville Town Square” will encompass a total of 70,000 square feet and will feature a variety of retail shops, restaurants and office spaces spread out among several buildings surrounding a central square. The project also includes residential units totaling at least 404 units ranging from studio apartments to one- and two-bedroom options along with townhomes spanning two or three stories.

The team behind this exciting venture consists of local firms such as Smith Gee Studio for architectural design work while HDLA is responsible for landscape architecture planning alongside CSDG who is handling all civil engineering aspects.

Construction on phase one is set to begin during summer months with an estimated completion date slated for late in the year by fall season. As it stands now there are three phases planned which should be fully completed by late in December month during year twenty-twenty-eight (2028).
