NAIOP SoCal Annual UCLA vs. USC Challenge: Gearing Up for the Ultimate Showdown

The annual NAIOP SoCal UCLA vs USC Real Estate Challenge, now in its 26th year, will showcase the talents of graduate students from two prestigious universities. The Ziman Center of Real Estate at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and the Lusk Center at USC’s Marshall School of Business and Price School of Public Policy will each send a five-member team to compete on November 16th.

According to Greg Brown, chairperson for the event and co-head of JLL Capital Markets’ Orange County office, attending this competition is an opportunity to witness the future leaders in commercial real estate. The students present innovative ideas for this year’s challenge site – Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Tustin South Hangar – which is part of a larger undeveloped area spanning 565 acres.

Don’t miss out on seeing these bright minds in action during this exciting event!
