NAIOP SoCal Annual UCLA vs. USC Challenge: Gearing Up for the Ultimate Rivalry

The NAIOP SoCal UCLA vs USC Real Estate Challenge, now in its 26th year, will showcase the talents of graduate student teams from UCLA’s Ziman Center of Real Estate and USC’s Lusk Center and Price School of Public Policy. This highly anticipated event will take place on November 16th.

According to Greg Brown, chair of the challenge and co-head at JLL Capital Markets Americas’ Orange County office, attending this event is a must for those interested in the future of commercial real estate. The competition allows students to present innovative ideas for this year’s challenge site – the Marine Corps Air Station Tustin South Hangar.

This undeveloped area spans 565 acres within MCAS Tustin and presents an exciting opportunity for both teams to showcase their skills. Don’t miss out on witnessing these talented students collaborate and present their creative solutions at this prestigious event hosted by NAIOP SoCal.
