**NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. Arranges 174,000 SF in Industrial Leases Across New Jersey**
NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has successfully arranged two industrial leases totaling approximately 174,000 square feet across Central and Northern New Jersey.
The larger of the two deals involved Yahee Technologies Corp., which signed a lease for a 154,000-square-foot Class A warehouse located at 3 Security Drive in the Prologis Cranbury Business Park. The facility is situated within the highly active Exit 8A submarket, a key logistics hub due to its strategic location.
The second lease saw AER Sales LLP take 20,700 square feet at 22-25 Riverside Drive in Pine Brook. This facility benefits from excellent connectivity, located less than a mile from Interstate 80 and close to major highways such as I-280, I-287, U.S. Route 46, and NJ Route 3, making it ideal for regional distribution operations.
Both transactions were led by Christopher Galiano, SIOR, Managing Director and Principal at NAIDB.
