NAI James E. Hanson, headquartered in Parsippany, has recently expanded its regional presence and capabilities with the acquisition of two full-service commercial real estate companies: The Garibaldi Group (TGG), which boasts over a century of experience, and NAI Summit, serving eastern Pennsylvania.
Under the leadership of William C. Hanson, SIOR – now president of all three companies – TGG will be relocating from Chatham to join NAI James E. Hanson at their Parsippany office at 10 Lanidex Plaza West. Meanwhile, NAI Summit will continue operating under its current name out of their Allentown office located at 1620 Pond Road in Allentown.
With this merger comes an impressive team totaling more than 100 members as well as over 10 million square feet managed by these firms combined.
