**NAI Parsons to Lease Riverwalk Innovation District in Lawrence**
NAI Parsons Commercial Group Boston has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Riverwalk Innovation District, a 3.6-million-square-foot mixed-use campus located at 280-500 Merrimack Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The property is owned and operated by The Lupoli Companies.
The leasing team from NAI Parsons includes Matt Quinlan, Managing Director of Brokerage; Alex Berger, Director of Brokerage; Kurtis Gibbs, Director of Brokerage; and Miguel Encarnacion, Advisor of Brokerage. This team will lead all commercial leasing efforts for the campus.
