NAI Farbman Leases 11 New Office, Retail Tenants in Michigan
NAI Farbman, the brokerage division of the full-service commercial real estate firm Farbman Group, has announced that the 24,379-square-foot office building located at 251 Diversion Street in Rochester Hills is now fully leased.
In addition to the office leasing milestone, NAI Farbman has secured eight new retail tenants at Orion Marketplace, a 50,755-square-foot retail center located at 1176 S. Lapeer Road in Lake Orion, Michigan.
The leasing activity was led by brokers Brandon Ben-Ezra and Gavin Mills, who finalized three new office leases to bring the four-story building near downtown Rochester to full occupancy. New tenants include Rochester Robotic Therapy, Carnaghi Structural Consulting, and Amy Elizabeth Designs.
The same brokerage team also secured eight retail lease agreements and renewals at Orion Marketplace.
