NAI Farbman Facilitates Culver’s First Detroit Location Lease

NAI Farbman recently announced the signing of a lease for Culver’s first location in Detroit, situated at 18845 Mack Avenue. This first-to-market deal was facilitated by Harrison Yaldoo, Vice President at NAI Farbman, who represented both Culver’s and the property owner in the transaction.

“We’re proud to stand alongside the Culver’s franchise and provide them with the support needed to thrive as they expand into the Detroit market for the very first time,” Yaldoo said. “With our firm rooted in the suburbs of the Motor City, we’re honored to work with this Midwest-based brand to make their expansion goals a reality in the city we call home.”

Founded in 1984 in Sauk City, Wisconsin, Culver’s has grown into a nationally recognized brand with over 1,000 locations across the U.S. The new Detroit location, which officially opened in December of last year, encompasses 4,500 square feet. The building was originally constructed as a bank in 1949 and has since been transformed into a modern dining destination.
