Nagarro, a leading information technology company, is moving its New York City offices from Tribeca to the Financial District. The firm will transfer from 30 Vesey Street to a spacious 41,387-square-foot area at 195 Broadway through a nine-year sublease with Orchard Technologies. In October of this year, Orchard leased 107,443 square feet on the building’s 24th and 25th floors.
The asking price for the sublease at L&L Holding Company’s property is in the low $40s per square foot. Cushman & Wakefield’s Gary Ceder and Peter Trivelas represented Orchard while CBRE’s Rob Wizenberg and Peter Shikar represented Nagarro.
With locations in Europe and Asia as well as sixteen sites across America, Nagarro continues to expand its reach globally. Other notable tenants at this address include Payoneer (a financial technology firm) and Lattice (a human resources company).
