My Place Hotels of America, an extended-stay hotel brand, has entered into a two-phase franchise and development agreement with Florida-based Rimrock Companies. The partnership will see the development of 10 extended-stay hotels throughout the South over the next six years.
Micah Linton, President and CEO of Rimrock Companies expressed his excitement for this venture: “We’re honored to be partnering with one of the top extended stay hotel brands in business today and are grateful for My Place Hotels’ trust in us to develop a minimum of 10 new properties across Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia.” All ten should be completed by 2029.
The second phase continues to focus on developing franchises within these states as well as other parts in Southeast U.S.. Currently there are nearly 70 My Place Hotels open across 29 states with more than 130 still under construction or planned for future developments.
