The property, located at 5212 N Clark Street, was sold for $2.27 million to a local buyer who plans to convert the ground floor commercial space into medical use.

SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller in this transaction and achieved one of the highest prices per square foot for an Andersonville mixed-use property. The previous tenant was Gadabout restaurant which closed its doors in 2022. Situated near boutique shops and retail stores, this prime location is ideal for medical use.
