The Museum of Illusions is set to open its first location in Washington, located in the bustling Downtown Seattle area. The Skinner Building at 1330 5th Avenue will house this unique museum experience, spanning over 9,000 square feet and featuring holograms, illusion rooms and exhibits.
Unico Properties Director of Retail Leasing Janel Jensen expressed excitement about securing the commitment from the Museum of Illusions for their new location. The historic Skinner Building was built in 1926 and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. With eight stories and a total area of 216,000 square feet, it provides an ideal setting for this one-of-a-kind interactive museum.
