Murphy Asset Management has expanded its team as the company’s portfolio and client base continue to grow. Elie Khoury, formerly EVP of Operations for Aimbridge Hospitality, joins Murphy as a Managing Director bringing 30 years of experience managing large portfolios, brand relations, new builds and transitions.
Khoury’s client base includes REITs, private equity firms, pension funds investment groups and institutional lenders. He held multiple leadership roles with Interstate Hotels & Resorts in addition to serving as First Vice President of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and contributing to rebranding efforts in Oakland California CVB while developing social programs for downtown district promotion.
