Northmarq’s San Diego office has recently added managing directors Ed Rosen and John Chu, along with SVP Tyler Sinks, to their multifamily investment sales platform. The team brings a combined 35 years of experience from their previous roles at Berkadia, where they completed over 500 transactions totaling $17 billion in consideration.
Rosen and Chu have joined Northmarq after serving as managing directors at Berkadia for eight years. With over a decade of multifamily experience under his belt, Sinks was previously senior director at the same firm.

This new addition will report directly to Vince Norris, regional managing director based in Westlake Village.
