Post Road Management, a full-service real estate investment and management company, has significantly expanded its multifamily footprint in the Wichita market with the acquisition of a portfolio of 11 communities totaling 1,002 units. Ranging from Class A to workforce housing properties, this strategic move nearly triples Post Road’s presence in Wichita.
