ATCO Properties & Management has commenced construction on Kinship East and Kinship West in Charlotte, NC. The project is Camp North End’s first multifamily development, a partnership with Tishman Capital Partners, Highmore and Blueprint Local located in the southwest portion of its 76-acre campus. Scheduled for completion in early 2025, the 240,390-square-foot project will deliver 301 new apartments across two buildings featuring studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts as well as cluster units and live work floor plans.
Camp North End is one of the largest adaptive reuse projects underway in the U.S., having assembled 500K square feet of Class A offices since 2016 along with a robust retail program at 110 Razades Way. Fitwel certified building amenities are also included to optimize holistic health benefits within neighborhood scale projects according to national building standards .
