"Multi-Tenant Mission Valley Offices Acquired by Illinois Investor"

Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the sale of a 48,571-square-foot multi-tenant office building in San Diego’s Mission Valley neighborhood. The property, known as Aerofund Financial Plaza and located at 4025 Camino del Rio S., was purchased by CES Remington, LLC for $9.8 million.

The seller was represented by Jeffrey Cole, Nico Napolitano, Mark Avilla and Brooks Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets and Private Capital groups in Southern California. The buyer was represented by Brandon Keith of Voit Real Estate Services.

According to Napolitano, “Aerofund Financial Plaza is an exceptionally efficient asset with unique features that set it apart from other buildings in the area.” These features include large balconies overlooking a common area, subterranean parking options, and immediate freeway access. Additionally, the smaller units require minimal tenant improvements.

Napolitano also noted that the location in Mission Valley is experiencing significant revitalization thanks to institutional capital investment. This makes it an attractive investment opportunity for buyers like CES Remington who are looking to exchange their proceeds into higher profile mixed-use projects within the area.

This acquisition marks another successful transaction for Cushman & Wakefield’s team of experts who specialize in facilitating deals between private investors and commercial properties throughout Southern California. The post on Connect CRE highlights this latest achievement without mentioning any specific company names or brands.
