The single-story property, located on Route 9 and leased to Bosse Sports Training, Club Pilates and three other tenants, was sold by Bosse Framingham Turf LLC with representation from Leigh Freudenheim. The buyer was represented by Cindy Laughrea of Engel & Volkers.
