Glenstar Properties, a Chicago-based real estate company, has completed its multi-million dollar redevelopment of Premier Place – a 20 story office building located at 5910 N. Central Expressway in Dallas. The 457,900 square foot Class A office building underwent an extensive renovation that included the addition of 3,000 square feet for an indoor/outdoor tenant lounge with coffee and cocktail bar; expansion of the lobby; and refurbishment of a large conference room available to tenants. Construction began in late 2021 and since completion five new tenants have signed leases at Premier Place which is home to anchor tenants such as Merrill Lynch, AmWins Group and LifeTime fitness club.
Built in 1985 along U.S Highway 75 just over one mile from Downtown Dallas , Glenstar’s portfolio totals 2 .7 million square feet including Energy Square Meadows Building (a 1 .1 million sq ft campus) & The Terraces (an 8 building 1 .2 million sq ft campus).
