Mullen Automotive Leases 122,000 Square Feet in Fullerton, CA

CBRE recently facilitated a new lease for Mullen Automotive, an electric vehicle startup, at a 121,615-square-foot industrial building in Fullerton. The landlord was represented by CBRE’s Ben Seybold and Sean Ward.

According to Seybold, the freestanding building’s high power capacity and proximity to Mullen Automotive’s headquarters in Brea were key factors in their decision. This lease allows the company to expand their operations locally and increase their presence in Orange County.

The Class A industrial facility is situated on 5.41 acres of land in southeast Fullerton and includes 6,234 square feet of office space spread over two floors. Its strategic location provides easy access to major highways such as SR-57, SR-22,S R-55,S R-91,and Interstate 5,and is within a short distance from both the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach.
