JLL recently facilitated a long-term lease for MTL, an accounting and consulting firm, at 105 Eisenhower Pkwy in Roseland, New Jersey. The firm will be relocating to the fully built-out second floor of the four-story property within Eisenhower Corporate Park from their previous location at 101 Eisenhower Pkwy.
The property has recently undergone repositioning efforts including upgrades to the lobby, common areas, outdoor spaces, landscaping, signage and parking. JLL’s David Stifelman and Tim Greiner represented MTL while ownership was represented by Jeff Kolodkin of Newmark.
