MSCI: CRE Pricing Sees Smaller Annual Decrease

All commercial property sectors in the U.S. posted annual price declines in July, according to MSCI Real Assets, as deal activity dropped to its lowest level since the start of the pandemic early 2020. The RCA CPPI National All-Property Index decreased 9.6% year-over-year and rose 0.3% from June’s figures.
