MSC, a leading shipping company, recently made a significant investment in Miami’s Overtown neighborhood. The company purchased 131,000 square feet of commercial condo space for $67 million from The Swerdlow Group. This purchase was part of the mixed-use Block 55 at Sawyer’s Walk project and is expected to serve as an office for MSC Cruises, MSC Cargo, and Explora Journeys with a staff of 250 employees.
