In February of 2023, Jackson-Shaw announced the completion of their latest project: the ATX 130 business park in Austin. This impressive complex spans across 67 acres and consists of four buildings totaling over 602,000 square feet. The entire project cost $50 million to build.
Building 3, which covers an area of over 207,000 square feet, has already been fully leased to Ferguson – a leading distributor in plumbing supplies and fabrication products. They will be moving into the building this month.
Similarly, Building 1 (120,440 square feet) has also been completely pre-leased to Hotline Delivery – a third-party logistics company that will begin operations this month as well.
The remaining two buildings (2 and4), covering areas of80Kand194Ksquarefeet respectively are nearing completion and will soon be ready for occupancy. These buildings feature move-in-ready spec office spaces designed to cater to tenants’ immediate needs.
