ReadySpaces, a leading provider of flexible warehouse space for small and mid-sized businesses, has recently secured a long-term lease for an entire 110,300-square-foot building located at 250 E. Sandford Boulevard in Mount Vernon, New York. This facility is owned by Simone Development Companies and will serve as ReadySpaces’ second location in New York State and its fifth within the NYC/North Jersey metro area. With over 2,000 businesses served nationwide through their current operation of 32 warehouse facilities across the country.
The lease transaction was facilitated by Josh Gopan from Patrick Doyle who represented Simone Development Companies during negotiations with ReadySpaces.
This latest development marks another milestone for ReadySpaces as they continue to expand their presence in key markets across the nation. The new location offers ample space to accommodate growing demand from small and mid-sized businesses seeking flexible warehousing solutions.
