Moss Construction, in partnership with developer URBY, has announced the completion of Phase Two of the URBY Dallas residential project. This milestone follows the successful delivery of Phase One in 2023. Together, the two phases represent an investment of more than $215 million.

The latest addition to URBY Dallas features a 28-story high-rise that includes 364 residential units, along with ground-level retail space and integrated parking. The building spans over 300,000 square feet and offers a wide array of amenities including a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park and washing station, and an on-site café.

Designed by Dutch architecture firm Concrete, in collaboration with local firm 5G Studio Collaborative, the development brings a modern urban living experience to Dallas’ Design District. The recently completed tower is the second of three high-rise residential buildings planned for the site, which will ultimately offer more than 1,000 housing units.

URBY, which currently operates six open properties and has nine projects in active development, is expanding its national footprint. With a portfolio totaling approximately 8,000 residential units and a workforce of 200 employees, the company continues to focus on delivering thoughtfully designed living environments in urban markets.
