Mortenson Properties, Inc. (MPI) has hired Dan Ryan as Managing Director to lead the company’s next phase of real estate asset growth. With nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience, Ryan brings extensive leadership and business acumen to his new role at MPI.
Prior to joining MPI, he spent 28 years at JLL in Chicago where he was President of the Central Region responsible for markets’ teams and services across the United States. As Managing Director for Mortenson Properties Inc., Ryan will have responsibility for all aspects from new investments to asset management.
