The Olnick Organization and Fisher Development Associates have announced their collaboration with Gensler to revitalize HQ Plaza in Morristown, New Jersey. This 1-million-square-foot mixed-use complex will offer a variety of office, hospitality, dining, and entertainment options.
HQ Plaza will feature 650,000 square feet of top-of-the-line office space and 100,000 square feet of retail space.
