SJP Properties and Scotto Properties have secured a lease deal with Sweetgreen for a 2,646-square-foot space at M Station East in Downtown Morristown. This mixed-use development is designed to achieve LEED certification and features two office and retail buildings. Sanofi, a global healthcare company, has leased the entire 260,000 square feet of office space at M Station West while Deloitte relocated its corporate headquarters there in Q3 2022. A parking structure connects the two buildings along with landscaped promenades that offer an inviting atmosphere for visitors.
In addition to this project, SJP and Scotto are also developing an office building that will serve as Valley Bank’s new headquarters when completed. Sweetgreen’s move marks their first retail tenant at Morristown’s M Station East development site which is sure to be popular among locals looking for convenient dining options near their workplace or home environment alike!
