Generichem Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, has signed a 27,500 square feet corporate office and distribution facility lease in the Towaco section of Montville Township, New Jersey. Located at 425 Main Road and owned by Schuster Baumer, CBRE arranged the lease on behalf of Generichem with a team led by Marc Trevisan and Tom Mallaney. Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership.
