Generichem Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, has signed a 27,500 square feet corporate office and distribution facility lease in the Towaco section of Montville Township, New Jersey. Located at 425 Main Road and owned by Schuster Baumer; CBRE arranged the lease on behalf of Generichem with Marc Trevisan and Tom Mallaney leading the team. Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership during this transaction.
Tom Mallaney expressed his pleasure to accommodate Generichem’s search for an office/warehouse facility in such a challenging industrial availability market: “425 Main Road will allow them to continue their growth over many years.” This move marks an important milestone for Generichem as they relocate to Morris County.
