Luxury women’s fashion brand MORGANE LE FAY has recently signed a lease for 4,422 square feet on the 14th floor of 630 Ninth Ave., also known as The Film Center Building, located in Midtown West. Founded in 1983 by Liliana Casabal, MORGANE LE FAY produces its products exclusively in New York and California. This new location will serve as a design studio and house the company’s general and executive offices; it was previously occupied by Welz.
The building was constructed back in 1929 under architect Ely Khan’s supervision; it is comprised of 13 stories with over 275,000 square feet total area. Matthew Mandell from GFP Real Estate represented the landlord during this transaction while Joshua Berger from Norman Bobrow & Co acted on behalf of the tenant.
