Morgan Stanley is expanding its presence in an Alpharetta office complex, nearly doubling their footprint with a lease extension of 100,000 square feet. The global investment bank and financial services leader will now occupy 216,000 square feet across the entirety of The Edison Alpharetta at 1 and 3 Edison Drive under a new long-term lease. Stream Realty Partners Managing Directors Bryan Heller and Peter McGuone represented the landlord in the transaction while JLL represented Morgan Stanley as tenant.
The two loft-style office buildings are joined by a common courtyard that includes amenities such as fitness center, healthy food options, meeting space and outdoor seating areas with plenty of shade. First-floor suites have roll-up overhead doors for easy access to these features. With this extended lease agreement Morgan Stanley has increased their presence within this vibrant campus setting located near major highways for convenient commuting options to employees living nearby or further away from work locations
