Morgan Li Plans 240,000-Square-Foot Warehouse Facility in Chicago Heights

Morgan Li, a third-generation family-owned company specializing in fixtures, furniture and graphics solutions, has announced plans to construct a new facility in Chicago Heights. The 240,000 square foot building will replace the manufacturer’s previous warehouse that was destroyed by fire in 2023.

The state-of-the-art facility is expected to open in spring of 2025 and will feature over 20 loading docks as well as an additional 40,000 square feet dedicated to a new paint line. Designhaus Architecture has been selected as the design firm for this project.

According to CEO Andy Rosenband, Morgan Li wanted to remain in Chicago Heights when selecting a site for their new facility. “There is no other place we would have considered,” he stated. The company’s previous warehouse at their Washington Avenue location burned down last year.

In March of next year (2024), Connect Industrial Midwest will be held at Joe’s Live in Rosemont Illinois. For more information or registration details please click here.
