The Morgan Group is set to break ground on The Pearl development in Bee Cave this September. Located off RR 620, the 322-unit luxury apartment community will feature a near mile-long trail open to the public with scenic views of Balcones Canyonland. Additionally, improvements have been made to land nearby at the southeast corner of Bee Cave Parkway and RR 620 including added benches and walking trails. Onsite amenities include a clubhouse, lounge with golf simulator, work-from-home business center and other communal work areas. The first units are expected for completion by late 2024 while project completion is estimated within two years time frame.
