Montecito Medical Real Estate has acquired two medical office buildings in Livingston and New Providence, New Jersey for $40 million. The properties, located at 75 East Northfield Avenue and 890 Mountain Avenue, offer a range of medical services including pediatrics, neurology, dermatology and radiology. Both buildings are fully leased to Summit Health – a healthcare provider serving the local communities – making this acquisition Montecito’s entry into the NJ market.
