Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s largest privately held companies specializing in healthcare-related real estate acquisitions, has completed the acquisition of a 119,945-square-foot building in Columbia, SC. The property is home to South Carolina Oncology Associates – the state’s only comprehensive cancer treatment center providing diagnostic imaging services as well as chemotherapy infusion and radiation therapy.
