Monroe Plaza in Chicago recently saw a surge of new tenants and renewals as Accesso signed nearly 60,000 square feet of leases at the property. Based in Hallandale Beach, Florida, Accesso is an integrated investment manager and operator of multi-tenant office buildings and multifamily assets.
The agreements reflect a combination of new contracts and renewals at the two towers located at 200 W. Monroe St. & 230 W Monroe St., both featuring conference rooms with cutting-edge technology systems as well as desirable floorplans for full-floor or multi-tenant configurations. Mason Taylor, Karoline Eigel & Paige Krueger from Cushman & Wakefield represented Accesso during these transactions on their behalf.
Amongst those signing up for leases were JFMC Facilities Corporation (the real estate arm of Jewish Federation Metropolitan Chicago) along with PartsTrader (a cloud based parts procurement platform for collision repair industry). Renewal agreements included Great American Insurance Group; Intersect Illinois; Rex Electric; EFG Group LLC amongst others .
This influx further cements Monroe Plaza’s position among other premier office complexes in West Loop area while providing businesses access to state-of -the art amenities that will help them reach their goals efficiently
