Monday Properties has successfully recapitalized its 2.10-acre urban infill development site located at the heart of Rosslyn, which includes 1401 Wilson Boulevard and 1400 Key Boulevard. The financing for this project was provided by BH3 Management.
According to Tim Helmig, Managing Partner at Monday Properties, this recapitalization will allow them to create a transformative project that adds value to the neighborhood and sets a new standard for urban excellence. They are also planning to work closely with Arlington County officials and community stakeholders in order to explore potential changes in the current zoning approval for the site.
Adam Falk, Co-Portfolio Manager and Principal at BH3 expressed their excitement about collaborating with Monday Properties on this redevelopment project. He also highlighted how Rosslyn is an important submarket strategically located within the greater Washington D.C area that continues to evolve into a vibrant mixed-use environment.
