Monadnock Development has recently finished the construction of 300 Huntington, a mixed-use project spanning over 136,000 square feet in Gowanus/Carroll Gardens. This development marks the only ground-up office commercial building in the area. The property boasts both office and retail spaces, with Monadnock Construction occupying its permanent headquarters on floors two and three. Additionally, Brooklyn-based handmade toy manufacturer Hazel Village has secured a lease for an expanded workshop and showroom within the building.

According to Nick Lembo, chairman of Monadnock Development: “We are delighted to kick off this new year by completing this cutting-edge project and welcoming our tenants and community members to 300 Huntington.” He further adds that providing modern column-free workspaces, well-designed outdoor areas, and unique retail opportunities is a testament to their commitment towards serving the Gowanus community.
