### Momoya Team to Launch New Restaurant Concept at One Bryant Park
The team behind the renowned Japanese dining destination, **Momoya**, has signed a lease for a new restaurant concept at **One Bryant Park**, owned by *The Durst Organization*. The upcoming establishment will occupy a **5,000-square-foot space** on the building’s ground floor, previously home to **Charlie Palmer**, and will offer an elevated Japanese dining experience with both indoor and outdoor seating.
“For the first time since we opened One Bryant Park, the spectacular restaurant space at the base of the building became available last year,” said **Jody Durst**, president of *The Durst Organization*. “When we met the team behind *Momoya*, we knew their vision would be a perfect fit for the Bryant Park neighborhood – one of the most in-demand office and travel destinations in New York City.”
**Momoya** currently operates three locations, in addition to the elevated kaiseki restaurant **Kappo Sono** in Union Square, and three outposts of the casual sushi concept **Happy Tuna**. The new restaurant at One Bryant Park is set to open later this year, featuring a **redesigned space** and a fresh dining concept.
In this transaction, *The Durst Organization* was represented in-house by **Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo, and Nora Caliban**, while **Christopher Owles** of *Sinvin Real Estate* represented **Momoya**.
