Molto Properties, a privately held real estate company with a strong presence in the Midwest, Texas and California regions, has recently completed leasing nearly 845,000 square feet of space in the Midwest during the second half of 2023.
According to Kevin Mohoney, Vice President at Molto Properties: “We are proud to announce our successful leasing activity within our Midwest portfolio.” The leases were for three newly constructed industrial buildings located in Chicago and Columbus:
– RJW Logistics Group leased an entire building spanning over 627,602 square feet at Weber55 Logistics Park Building I in Romeoville.
– J&P Warehousing/Tardella Foods signed a long-term lease for 63,643 square feet at Woodridge’s address -2250 W.75th Street.
– American Metals Supply Company also entered into a long-term lease agreement for their new location occupying approximately 70.987 square feet on Toy Road (3188) Obetz Ohio.
In addition to these deals AIT Worldwide Logistics also signed up for another long-term lease covering an area of about82.679 sq.ft.
