Molson Coors Signs 84K-SF Lease at BMO Tower

Riverside Investment and Development and partner Convexity Properties have signed Molson Coors Beverage Company to a long-term, 83,848-square-foot lease at 320 South Canal—BMO Tower. The world’s fifth largest brewer is planning to move its Americas headquarters from 250 S. Wacker Dr. when the lease commences in summer 2024.

Rafael Carreira, Executive Vice President of Riverside commented: “We are delighted with the activity at 320 as we continue to observe considerable demand for the property post pandemic due to its location and daily conveniences.” He added: “Cheers to Molson Coors!”

Molson Coors’ new home offers an open concept design across three dedicated floors connected by an internal staircase that encourages collaboration among employees through meeting spaces spread throughout each floor.
