MODLOCK, a home security and safety company, has recently signed a 1,680-square-foot retail lease at 15 E. Holly St. in Pasadena. The new space will serve as an experiential showroom for the company’s products from licensed dealers such as Liberty Safe, Alarm.com, Google Home and other well-known brands.
JLL’s Houman Mahboubi and Marisa Renfro expertly represented MODLOCK during the leasing negotiations while Hoss MacVaugh of MacVaugh & Company acted on behalf of the landlord.
According to Mahboubi, “As Southern California’s only exclusive dealer for Liberty Safe products, MODLOCK desired a showroom that offered easy access to various transportation routes and surrounding communities.” This property provided just that with its high visibility.
MODLOCK CEO Frank Renfro added,”Our goal is to establish multiple retail locations throughout the region with strong support from service companies.”
This latest development marks another milestone for MODLOCK as they continue their expansion plans by securing prime real estate in Pasadena for their new showroom experience.
