A 20-story mixed-use project near North Miami Beach has been filed by 18050 W Investments LLC. The proposed project would occupy less than an acre in the Ojus neighborhood, which currently houses two residential buildings. Last year, the property was acquired for $4.22 million and will feature 120 studio and one-bedroom apartments, five two-bedroom units, 90,000 square feet of office space across multiple floors with amenities for both tenant types as well as 5580 square feet of commercial space and almost 300 parking spots.
Attorneys Pedro Gassant and Alberto J. Torres represented the developer in this transaction while Arquitectonica designed the modern project that requires a change in zoning to mixed use corridor on one parcel out of two parcels owned by 18050 W Investments LLC .
